These are old pics from this past years AMA Supersport Classic but I knew some people on here are photogs. So why not post some of my more recent work.

Comments welcomed

Yates

Mmm Mv Agusta

Ben Spies tearing it up

Couldn't put a piece of paper between the plastic and pavement on this one

Everybody loves wheelies right?

Miguel acting a fool

Ah the battle of Mladin and Spies

Mladin came out the victor of course. Check out the screen or lack of one. Must of been insane hauling ass on the bike only to have your windscreen try and decapitate you!

Ben Spies is a great guy. Pic of him at a signing

A look inside some of the garages..

Team Jordan

Yoshi/Mladin garage

I love MV's

hope you enjoyed some of the pics.

Thanks

I shot those with my Nikon D80 and my crappy Nikkor 70-300mm f/4-5.6.

D80 will be up for sale soon too (shameless plug Laughing )

Nah these were all hand held. It would be harder to shoot these on a pod because they are constantly changing ;)

I can't remember offhand but I shot a lot of these at 1/250" F/5.6.

You can view the motherload here http://www.haknslash.com/pictures/D80/AMA/. Day 1 isn't worth too much on the privateer stuff as I was knocking the rust off on my panning.

Excellent work. I was thinking about getting a budget DSLR this Christmas. Perhaps a Canon 350D (Rebel XT).

Get it, once you drive a bike you'll hate driving cars. I love my bike drive it everyday to college just something about you can't really explain. Either you love it or don't. I would say if you haven't driven one take a safety course first well worth it. Saved my life when I layed mine down on I-10 in Downtown L.A.

You ok? He was asking about a camera selection, not riding a bike ;) Laughing

But on your note I also agree. Once you ride a bike, driving a average car is a pretty boring experience. +1 on a rider safety course for those that have never ridden. I know they have one in Montevallo and I'm sure other places as well.
