I had planned on a thread about him but now that he's been mentioned here...

You see his intensity. If you watch all the video's you see it's not just today, it's everyday.

Take that thought and then put it in perspective of the intensity of our S&C program, the 4th quarter program as example.

I like the guy, a lot!

I was wondering who he was, he certainly is a attention getter. You've got to love his fire and tenacity that he brings to the team, just listening to him should fire you up.

It's both sad and promising that our stretching routines are more organized and more entense than actual practices in past years.
