I believe that should be read...."We can't do the web-recruiting because our equipment sucks. We are currently updating it though, so as soon as we are able to communicate via webcast, we will be out web-recruiting everyone in the SEC."

I hear the only reason the offices aren't wired for web casting is that Tubs prefers his tried-and-true method of telegramming.
