I think it will elevate play, and it looks like Arky will be a good warm-up game for him.

Well if you guys remembe how good he was his Freshman year and the fact that he has lost some weight he may be able to fill in at either inside or outside backer. His height concerns me. most of our LB's are 6'3 or taller Hall comes in at 5'11. Question is.... is he good enough to take Rolo or Donta's spot or is he a reserve for both giving them much needed rest during games.

Depth at any position is a plus, especially with game experience.

 and a lot of completions were made right in the middle of the field. Very soft middle.

I am sure many people here know exactly what happened, but it is not public knowledge. All we know is that he was suspended for 3 games and will be eligible to play again during the Arkansas game.
